Prices are reference information

Prices, rankings, price changes, buying bands, collection values, and trade comparisons may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. They are not appraisals, investment advice, offers to purchase, or guarantees of authenticity or future value. Check the actual card, seller, condition, and price before a transaction.

Your account and records

Keep your sign-in details secure and enter only information you have permission to store. Review purchase and trade details carefully. Completing a trade changes your saved collection and creates a permanent trade record. Export your collection when you need an independent copy.

Use the service responsibly

Do not attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or overload the site with automated requests. Access may be limited to protect the service and other collectors.

External marketplaces

chasingpoke does not sell cards or process payments. Purchases, listings, shipping, returns, and disputes are handled by the external marketplace and seller. Review their terms before buying. chasingpoke participates in affiliate programs, including TCGplayer and the eBay Partner Network, and may earn a commission from qualifying purchases through its links.

Names and artwork

Pokémon names, card artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. chasingpoke is not endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, eBay, TCGplayer, or grading companies. Our affiliate relationships do not imply endorsement of our card valuations or grading estimates.

The site is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service or error-free data. Features may change as the service develops. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
