PokéBeach’s August 20 reporting identifies Delta Reign as an English physical Pokémon Trading Card Game expansion with more than 135 cards. Mega Rayquaza ex joins Mega Golurk ex, Mega Malamar ex and Mega Golisopod ex. These are physical TCG release details, not an announcement for Pokémon TCG Pocket.

For an existing collection, the natural connection is the broader Mega theme. Our catalog examples are Mega Lucario ex from Mega Evolution, plus Mega Gengar ex and Mega Feraligatr ex from Ascended Heroes. All three are separate catalog cards, explicitly not Delta Reign cards or evidence of additional Pokémon appearing in the upcoming expansion.

A product detail worth recording

PokéBeach reports that the Elite Trainer Box will include a Kyogre illustration rare as its promo, moved out of the expansion’s booster selection. For a Kyogre collection, that distinction matters: record the product promo separately when building a want list.

The same report describes paired Legendary Stadium cards. That gives collectors another feature to follow beyond the headline Pokémon, particularly when deciding how to arrange a display.

Three existing cards provide context

Our latest card snapshot, dated September 9, lists Mega Lucario ex, 188/132 from Mega Evolution, at a market estimate of $252.61. Mega Gengar ex, 269/217 from Ascended Heroes, is $55.53, while Mega Feraligatr ex, 274/217 from Ascended Heroes, is $126.52.

These are card-market estimates, not purchase offers. They describe those exact catalog entries and provide no valuation for unreleased Delta Reign cards. The useful comparison is organizational: a Mega collection can span multiple named sets, while an expansion collection follows one release’s checklist. Keep those goals distinct when adding a new set to an existing binder.

What to wait for next

Serebii’s Delta Reign database currently lists the four featured Megas and two Legendary Summit entries, but leaves its overall card count and normal-versus-secret breakdown unspecified. That page is a partial reference, not a finished checklist.

Before committing to a complete numbered binder layout, wait for a verified English checklist covering the cards and variants you intend to collect. A revealed Pokémon does not by itself establish every version that will appear.

For now, write down the featured Pokémon that interest you and keep product promos in a separate part of your notes. That leaves a useful starting point without turning a preview into an assumed complete set.
